Luka Modric extend his contract with Real Madrid until 2024.


Real Madrid has officially announced the extension of their Croatian midfielder, Luka Modric's contract for an additional season until 2024. With this renewal, Modric puts an end to speculations about his future, which had recently been linked to several clubs. One of the most prominent rumors was his potential move to a club in the Saudi Arabian league



Luka Modrić joined Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur, the English club, in 2013. He has achieved numerous individual and team titles with Real Madrid, most notably the three consecutive UEFA Champions League titles under the management of Zinedine Zidane. On an individual level, Modric was awarded the Ballon d'Or in 2018 after delivering an exceptional performance and leading his national team to the FIFA World Cup final. He also won the UEFA Champions League title with Real Madrid in the same year, defeating Liverpool in the final match
